Guarantee

We work very hard to obtain the best quality original and replacement parts available. Our guarantee is simple. "All parts are guaranteed to be as described for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery". If they are not, immediately notify us! Please read the Return info section PRIOR to returning any part. Electrical parts are sold "as is". The buyer assumes any and all liability or consequence for the use of our parts.

Payment methods

Deliveries within the Continental US: Please send a Money order or Cashiers check made out to All Classic Mustang. We are Pay Pal verified and able to receive online payments. By utilizing Pay Pal you can pay by credit card, your Pay Pal balance or your checking account. Payments are immediate and secure. For more information go to Paypal We will ship upon receipt of payment. We also accept personal checks and will ship when it clears, normally seven working days after we deposit. Please do not send cash.

Shipping

ALL shipments are insured, the ONLY exception is some overseas deliveries where insurance is not offered. US deliveries are through the US Postal system or UPS. Deliveries outside the continental US are normally shipped 4 - 10 day air mail parcel post. Surface or economy 4- 6 week delivery is not recommended. All Classic Mustang has extensive overseas shipping experience, 99% of our shipments are sent and received without incidence. However, in the unlikely event an overseas shipment is refused by the Customs or any other agency of the buyers country, the buyer is responsible for the return postage back to All Classic Mustang AND the postage required to resend the shipment. To resend the shipment, All Classic Mustang will address and correct the Customs/Agency's concerns and indicate this to the buyer. Once All Classic Mustang has received the funds for the return and resend shipping, the package will be resent. If the buyer refuses to pay the additional shipping fee's, a refund will be sent to the buyer. The refund will be the original amount sent for that package, minus the original AND return shipping. Once again, this is a very rare occurrence, but if it occurs All Classic Mustang is not liable for any return or resend cost's incurred from a returned overseas shipment.

Within US Continent, orders under $350 - $7.95 minimum.

Within US Continent, orders of $350 and over - FREE **

Outside US Continent, orders under $350 - $9.95 minimum

Outside US Continent, orders of $350 and over - shipping fees split 50 % customer 50 % All Classic Mustang **

You should inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, report it at once to the carrier. The carrier is responsible for reimbursement on all insured shipments. If you encounter any problems please email us and we will be happy to provide you with assistance in getting your situation on the right track. Do not return a damaged shipment without first settling your claim with the carrier and contacting us. Again, if you have any questions please email us.

Return Policy

If you receive a shipment and are not satisfied, please notify us immediately. Your item(s) carry a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery, inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If you discover an item(s) is damaged by the carrier you should immediately notify the carrier to report a claim. Do not return the part to us for a damage claim. The carrier is responsible for reimbursement. If you need any assistance in getting this process started we will be happy to help you. Remember all of our shipments are insured by the carrier.

If you find the part is incorrect or not of the quality described, you must notify us prior to the end of the 30 day warranty to claim a refund. To qualify for a refund all returned parts must be resalable, unmodified, undamaged and with its original box or package. NOS parts returned without the original box or package will be devalued atleast 50%. Once you have contacted us and the return is authorized you are required to return the part with the same insurance and means it was originally delivered. When the part is received it will be evaluated. If the part is found to be correct and of no defect you will be credited within a 30 day period from the receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return of items ordered in error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept any returns if : You fail to notify us prior to returning the part; Modify or damage the part; Return the part freight collect; Notify us after the 30 day warrantee has expired.
